Our History

MLS Hospitality is a national hotel & hospitality management and consulting firm based in Abuja Nigeria and has associates and affiliates within Nigeria in Uyo, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Aba, Lagos, Benue and Asaba.

MLS Hospitality started in Abuja in 2017 as MLS Staffing Solutions, we have a background in Human Resources, Training and People Management which is still the core of most businesses.

Over the years, we recognised the need to introduce structure and optimised operations within the hospitality sector. In order to accomplish our goal of revolutionising the hospitality industry in Abuja, the partners in MLS brought together a wealth of talents in hotel management and food & beverage operations to operate the development.

Soon, the partners were consulting for and asked to manage businesses and properties for clients under management contracts and MLS Consulting was created.

Over the next 7 years, MLS evolved from a HR company into the hospitality consulting and management firm that it is today. Our firm has added experts in Hotel and Restaurant Operations, Financial & Revenue Management, Staff Training, Hotel PMS ERP and POS system development, Marketing, Human Resources, casinos and real estate.

Our Reach

Headquartered in Wuse 2, Abuja, our corporate staff provide complete services in both business development and hotel management. We employ over 150 associates at hotels majorly in Abuja, but also Benue, Uyo, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Ibadan, Asaba and Aba.
